Every outsourced staff member that we employ works for one of our Australian partners and only works for that specific partner as an extension of their business on full time basis. Staff are recruited based on our client’s job criteria and once they start, they are trained on their new employer’s products or services. Although our team work from the OHRS office in Clark, Philippines, if you ask any one of them who they work for, they will reply with the company they are working for overseas. Our main focus is to provide long term professionals that live and work in the Philippines for our Australian partners.

From our side, the key is in the recruiting. When we look at each candidate, we look at a number of factors such as experience, education, previous experience, stability, attitude, etc. We invest a lot of time and effort in each of our team and we want them to be with us in 2yrs, 5yrs, 10yrs or more.
